Ascendancy Points Not Awarded After Trial of Chaos 4 Rooms

I completed the trial the first time but teleported out before claiming ascendancy points.After re-doing the trial with the correct "chrimeral inscribed ultimatum", interacting with the altar and even refunding passives to reset the ascendancy skill points I am still stuck with 2 points. Please Help!!



it keeps saying "complete trialmasters challenge" even though thats been done
