After 0.3.1 quest disappeared and now with no quests, killed again and no drop, stuck at 22 skill points.

This quest does not grant skill points but access to the reforging bench.
Sitting in HO spamming alts for 4 hours straight is peak PoE gameplay. Thanks, Chris.
