0.3.1 Earthquake is still bugged and does not gain benefit from Ancestral boosted state

As title suggests, it was the first thing I checked upon logging in and no, the damage and area still seems unaffected by Ancestral boost. It visually gets the blue and green outline, but still like since the start of the league, it has been broken and shows no damage increase both in sheet and in testing on test ghetto test dummies since you sadly still haven't provided real test dummies that would significantly help us provide more accurate bug reports of broken interactions.



In fact, it appears several skills are still bugged in this way -- Just noticed that Falling Thunder suffers the same issue, with seemingly 0 damage gained from Ancestral boost.
