A specific Twitch drop wasn't received

Good morning :)

I'll start by saying that my account is connected to Twitch, and I’ve successfully received all my previous drops over the years.
I’ve double-checked, and the connection between my PoE account and Twitch is still active.

One of my friends is facing the same issue, while another friend did receive the MTX.
(We're referring to the "Cloak of the Abyss" Twitch drop.)

We both claimed it, so I’m not sure what went wrong or how to fix it...
