Item vanished since patch 0.3.1

I just logged in to play with my father and realized the quiver I made pre-0.3.1 is completely nowhere to be found. I even have my old quiver equipped which makes no sense at all.
I even did maps with it prior to the 0.3.1 announcement in-game.

This is unacceptable. Where is my item and how can I get it back?

Turns out, some desecrated items that are made prior 0.3.1 will be found in The Well of Souls. My Quiver was there.

Just heard from the support team they don't recover lost items. This bummed me out. I'm at peace now, but man, this situation stressed me so much that I don't even feel like playing anymore.
