engame not accesibler

After completing the quest and 3 interlude I am not able to access the endgame content. I have tried generating a new instance and defeating the pair of bosses (Zolin and Zelina) yet no endgame available. Doryan doesn't appear and talk to them and take me to the endgame ziggurat.

Have you talked to people in Kingsmarch in Act 4? It is triggered from there.
