Audio bug with spark?

This is the first time I’m playing a full league of path of exile. I’ve only had this game for a handful of months and I find it very fun, but I seem to notice that whenever I use spark on my blood witch with high cast speed and crit, the audio bugs out and just completely disables all audio. I usually fix it by closing app or I’ll just sit and wait in my hideout but after a few seconds after the audio fails my game crashes and forces me to restart the game anyway. Is this an issue exclusive to console or has it happened on pc at all?

Audio clipping has gotten worse since 0.3.1 for me on my system, 9800x3d + 7900XTX // Realtec 192k/24bps driver ver 6.0.9800.1 Realtek® Audio CODEC
