Corrupted Nexus did not drop Atlas Skill Point Book after completion (0.3, pre-0.3.1)

0.3 (a few hours before 0.3.1 patch)

Description:
After clearing a corrupted Nexus map, the expected Atlas Skill Point Book did not drop. The map did not trigger the “changing monster” encounter after clearing, even though neighboring maps displayed the “Cleansed” icon. The map in question had a boss inside the Nexus, which may be related.


Was running Tier 10 in this case, while currently on the quest requiring completion of a Tier 3+
