Crashes and Lag

Since Tuesday's update, my latency hasn't dropped below 100. Prior to today, it sat between 25-40 on average.

Also, over the last week or so, I'm getting crashes/freezes, at least once per map. It used to be I'd get them once/twice a day, but it's almost unplayable nowadays.
