Can't Finish medallion quest in act 2

i didn't finish the medallion quest in act 2 while leveling, completely forgot it. Now, in lvl 89 i remembered and went to do it, i've cleaned Keth and Pit of bones countless times and no drop of the items.

Is there any solution?
