Random item drop sound every 30 secs or so but no drops...?

I started to notice this today. Every 30 secs or so, I get an item drop sound, but nothing is dropping. Does anyone else have this or know how to fix it?

Edit - seems to be caused by the loot filter. Even if I am standing still with no enemies and not attacking it does it :D
