Manifest Weapon Ai Issues need to be fixed

Even though manifest weapon is incredibly weak to use for a main skill and definitely needs some love, there are numerous issues with it's Ai that prevent it from being even marginally useful most of the time.

-You can be surrounded by monsters and the weapon will randomly fly off screen to attack something once. In fact it tends to switch targets basically non-stop sometimes, you can literally stand next to a rare and it will attack everything once, spending more time floating around than attacking.
-Sometimes it just doesn't attack anything for no discernable reason.

This leads to it only really being useful in purely single target encounters, it even struggles when bosses spawn mobs.

The Ai needs to be way better and way more aggressive before this is ever going to feel good to use.
