Everything except for menus and text are black after the latest update if using XeSS on PoE2

After the update everything that isn't text or a menu is pitch black if using XeSS, it fixes if using FSR or NIS but I would like to use XeSS again since my GPU is an Intel Arc B580 paired with a Intel I5 13400F and 16GB of ram.

Same issue, XeSS is completely busted. The other renderers don't look nearly as good and are choppier playing.

I have a new laptop with the integrated Arc 140T. Tried to enable XeSS and I get black except for the HUD. Frustrating.
