Attack speed essence doesn't show a tier tooltip
 The only mod that doesn't have a T1 or something next to it is the Attack speed, which, due to the numerical value on it we know comes from an essence. There is information related to it on the modifier, see the copy text below. but hovering over the empty space doesn't show the "tier tooltip" thingy
