Bug - Help :D

I'm experiencing a bug in Path of Exile 2. When I open the game and go to settings, the option to select my dedicated graphics card doesn't appear. The game appears to be using only my processor's integrated graphics, as it runs at around 6 FPS. My drivers are all up to date, but the graphics card option still doesn't appear in the settings.
