5th and 6th ascendancy points not awarded after defeating 3rd boss.

I used a level 69 token in the trial of sekhemas. I beat all three floors and all three bosses. I was unable to interact with the statue in order to be awarded my points. I have before just left the room and still been awarded my points and just allocated them after. But this just awarded me no points at all. I went through a lot of trial and error to finally get them and feel i should be awarded what I rightfully earned.
