Can't acces Atlas node, corrupted nexus spawned on it.

Hello there, I somehow managed to have a corrupted nexus spawn on a node that was bugged and innacessible (multiple ones in the same area).
So hum, I guess I'm kinda bricked for Atlas tree point progression?

Should I try the reset command ?
