Known Issue - Blooming Field Map Boss (The Black Crow) - Doesn't Phase

I am aware its a known issue, posting this with a video in the event it provides any useful context

Never transitioned to phase two, just eventually stopped taking damage and became un-targetable within phase 1 of the fight.

I died to reset the fight and the same instance occurred. Recorded another video of the actual fight instead of just after the fact. Same zone, same character, etc.
