Post Death Abyssal mod? Invisible AOE chaos bolts?

Its now happened 3 times. I can now see them based on the health bar within the UI.

After some abyssal mod dies, it will spawn an invisible (meaning I cannot see ANY character model, I just see a floating health bar) and it spews AOE chaos bolts.

I have died to it multiple times because I go to loot, then something that I cannot see shotguns me with chaos bolts.

I will try to move and attack it, which i see its health bar go down... but most of the time its too late.

This isn't a ground effect, or a on death effect (maybe), but it is an "enemy" that has a health bar, but is invisible... like significantly less visibility than a wisp, maybe black... not sure.
