Dark Effigy + controlled destruction, bug with critics

I have this bug:

Dark effigy + controlled destruction --> shouldn't take into account the crit chance + crit damage (they disappear as expected in the damage calculation sheet), but they are taken into account in the final damage calculation.

Display bug? don't know, didn't test the damages.
