One Shot Death (Or something like that)
Let me tell you something. This is my build right now:
Maximum Life --> 1750 Maximum Energy Shield --> 437 Armour --> 1556 Estimated Physical D.R. --> %29 Evasion Rating --> 40737 Estimated Chance to Evade --> % 81 Deflection Rating --> 59149 Estimated Chance to Deflect --> % 86 Damage Prevented by Deflection --> % 49 All resistances are more than %75 Movement Speed Modifier --> %58.1 Well i know these numbers are not the best ones but still i think they are good ones. At least not bad ones. Also i dont know how boss mechanics numbers works, but i dont care how numbers works, i only care about my personal experience in game. And i put a lot of time and effort on my defence. But still, there are a lot of things are killing me under a quarter of a second. For example, like that Zekoa the Headcrusher who is actually a portal hole of a monkey, is allways lock hits me and one shots me. I have seen this boss somewhere between 30-40 times and every single time it locks on me and one shots me. I can not escape with rolling because rolling time is not fast enough. I can not escape with running, even %58 is not fast enough. And there are other things in maps which kills me like one shot. I dont care if it is a skill issue. Not everyone has to be a pro player. Just nerf this and any boss and anything which has a one shot mechanic or strong enough to one shot or nearly one shot anything. Even after all my work on defence, i am getting sick of those things, boss or not, which kills me an instant or faster than a half of a second. I repeat; I don't wanna be a pro player; I don't wanna know how numbers works; I don't wanna know how mechanics works; I don't wanna know if i did something right or wrong; All i know i put time and effort. I've gotten to the point where I just won't run Rupture/Riverside or will burn a low level waystone. |

I have a level 85 Titan with 4500 life and 85% armor. If Zekoa hits me with his big bonk i'm dead. That can't be right. If it's not a bug then Zekoa is way overtuned. It's not fun trying to grind to level 90+ and get one-shot losing 10% exp every time you do a Rupture or Riverside map.
Question for GGG: Is Zekoa bugged or is this intended? For now i'm not doing any Rupture or Riverside maps. |

" This boss Zekoa is a problematic situation for me. If I am unlucky and fails to dodge roll its slam, it's 100% death for my char. My personal opinion is that for this type of boss, it is best to dps it to death within 10 or 20 seconds as fast as possible. Because the more you delay and the more the fight drags on, the more you need to dodge roll its slam. Having this type of bosses definitely spices things up a bit and makes the game more heart stopping and exciting. It will make the game more soul-like and this will appeal to some people. However, on the flip side, some other people don't like this type of thing because their chars get killed and lose exp and lose progress and stuff like that. Hence, including this type of mechanics in the game is a double edged sword. It attracts some people and turns off other people. The best way to deal with this is to have extremely high dps so that you can kill others before they kill you. As the saying goes, the best defense is the best offense. 34pre98qua
