Lioneye's Glare Unique + Decisive Retreat Notable broken interaction
When equipping Lioneye's Glare Heavy Bow unique and enabling the small nodes that lead up to the "Decisive Retreat" notable passive, the barrageable attacks to not repeat properly.
You'll observe that an enemy's recent "presence" will prevent you from repeating attacks even if the enemy exited your presence recently. Lioneye's Glare reads: "Barrageable Attacks with this Bow Repeat +1 time if no enemies are in your Presence" The small "critical strike" passives that lead to "Decisive Retreat" notable read: "15% increased Critical Hit Chance against Enemies that have entered your Presence Recently" It appears that the small critical strike passives are still counting the enemies as present for the 4 second window to check for "recently".
