Expedition Logbook and Player Inventory Disappeared after crash

Was doing a lvl 81, order of the chalice expedition logbook, when my character froze and wouldn't resume, so I closed the game to relaunch (which has fixed most of my issues in the past).

When I tried to log back in I got an error message that said "abnormal" and something about not being able to find any instances. The error message did not match the "failed to connect to instance" ones i saw online when I looked to see if anyone else had experienced the same issue.

When I tried to log in again I successfully entered the game but instead of being inside the logbook map where I was before disconnecting I was now back in my hideout with my portal to the map and my entire inventory having disappeared. This included the first perfect exalt I had found so it was kind of a bummer :(

The logbook is not with Dannig or in my stash so that's just gone as well.
