Can we add a Trade flipper deterrent please.

We know alot of people prefer to play poe as a trade sim but it would be nice to move away from this now and return the focus to the actual game.

The new instant buy trade system is amazing! but its clearly still being abused by people with better tech knowledge/malice intentions.

a couple of solutions i can think of:

1. Put a timed account bound status on items bought from the market place.
2. incrementally increase the gold cost per trade in a 24hr period.

Why would they ever do that?

Just because you don't like it doesn't mean it isn't a very valid play style - also it helps a lot at the start of a league if you know what to trade/flip to get some starting courency for your build.


To your points:

I could see a slight delay on active searches if you bought x amount of items during a period of time to combat bots - but they shouldn't do anything that affects normal trade behavior (as in manual trades/flips).

cause its still being botted. i have gigbit internet cabled in , a decent PC 9800x3d - 64gb - rtx5080. im sitting and watching the live search and i cannot click im sure i want to teleport before the item is already gone. been trying for 2 days everysingle one that comes in under the average price is snapped up in under 2 seconds
