NO CITADELS after 100's of maps

title says it all, there are no beacons that show a citadel anymore, and from playing last patch its always had a huge beam of light showing you, I can not find a way to fix this . A lot of people talking about it but 75 percent of people aren't having the issue , so many chats people talking about it but in stream you can see people either have them or don't , any help would be nice ty
