Combat Frenzy Bug/Defect

Set up:
* Level 8 Combat Frenzy Gem with Charge Profusion II
* Wave of Frost with Magnified Area 1, Rapid Attacks II, Freeze, and Ice Bite
* Herald of Ice with Magnified Area 1, Cold Attunement, Cold Mastery, and Elemental Armament II

Goal is to produce Frenzy Charges to convert to Power Charges

Outcome ... no charges produced.

Yes Aura's are both on my spirit is 60 with both toggled to on position.

I am an unarmed monk.


My opponents are freezing solid but no charges are being produced (have screenshot).

I wanted to give another updated.

I stripped off all gear. I removed all support gems.

I run Level 11 Frenzy Gem with a Level 11 Wave of Frost. No Support No gear.

Result: Targets are frozen solid ... no charges generated.

Something is busted here.

Just to be extra careful I did do a restart of the client to make sure I just wasn't in a bugged session ... so clean state too.

Last thing I will test is Frost Nova as an alternate source of freeze and see if it's Attack Powers vs. Spells.

Yep I'm out of ideas.

I've spec'd out of "I am blizzard ..." I've gone down to no gear and nothing but Ice Nova and Combat Frenzy. Things will Freeze (they are rock solid) but no Combat Frenzy is triggered.

This is a bug at this stage.

FIGURED IT OUT: Ok the real defect is with Hallow Palm it is using the 2nd weapon set ... NONE OF MY AURA'S were working!

2nd Weapon Set is the default for Hallow Palm ... be aware!
