Can not find any Corrupted Nexus

After I fail a corrupted Nexus, it seems that I cant find anywhere another Corrupted area.
I clear all the corruption around the area that I fail, I travel enough to all directions, but I cant find another corrupted nexus and my quest has stack on tier 9+ Corrupted Nexus.
