Can’t access trade website. Looping “verify human”

Trade stat filters in game are useless on console, so forced to use website. Recently I cannot log into website bc it just loops and loops on “verify human”. I don’t get errors, it just loads and refreshes back to same screen. Subsequently, I can’t utilize the trade. And being in game trade stat filters is missing 90% of the mods, even things as basic as “+ all skills”, this makes trading IMPOSSIBLE. I might as well be playing ssf
I’ve never had this issue before. I’ve hard restarted console and router. I’ve deleted all cookies. This issue is ONLY on my Xbox. I can login to my account fine on pc or phone. However this is useless bc I need the Xbox browser to work in order to trade I’m not expecting a reply. GGG never replies. Every time I’m about to buy MTX I say hell Nah bc communication is non existent. Submitted ticket and I’m Sure I won’t get a reply. Console support is disgusting. I can’t even trade now. This should now be fixed and you should be able to access the website version of the trade on Xbox. Please let us know if you are still having difficulties with this.
We are continuing to work on improvements to the newly introduced in-game trade UI to make it more suitable for controller/console players. Thanks for your feedback. |
