Fog of war reset with every teleportation

This is a significantly annoying bug. Everytime I teleport anywhere (either by Waypoint or Portal) then return, my map's fog of war is completely reset, both in campaign and endgame.

The instance didn't renew, only the explored fog of war got erased. Every single teleportation, even if I just go to hideout and grab some currencies, boom, entire map is in fog of war again.
