Resetting Kulemark with alternate keybindings

I've set my "toggle skill set" keybinding to shift (instead of the default, control). I'm unable to reset The Black Cathedral by control+click or shift+click. Control+click still works to reset instances from the map, just not The Black Cathedral icon inside the Well of Souls
