Gem Loss Bug - 'Dialla's Desire' on 'The Coming Calamity' Body Armour

Item where the gem was Socketed: The Coming Calamity (Heroic Armour, Corrupted)

2. Step-by-Step Description of the Bug
The loss occurred following an involuntary un-socketing of the gem after a zone transition.

I socketed the Dialla's Desire gem into one of the 3 regular sockets on my Unique body armour, The Coming Calamity.

I then used a Waypoint or Town Portal to travel to the zone The Glade

Upon arrival, my The Coming Calamity body armour visually disappeared from my character and equipment slot.

I immediately returned to my Hideout. The body armour reappeared on my character.

Shortly after, I noticed that the Dialla's Desire gem and the other support gems previously in the armour's sockets were missing. They are not in my Inventory, Stash, or any other equipped item.
