Support told me to post my issue here.

Hello, i just reached endgame and finished my first corrupted boss which dropped an item that gives me 2 atlas passive skill tree points. I exited the map and placed another map in the map device and cant access the old map. When I spoke to Doryani he gave me 5+2 atlas skill tree points. I was able to place the first 5 but even though the little box in the bottom of my screen is appearing saying I have 2 points available to spend the atlas tree itself won't let me spend them.

Any help would be appreciated,

you probably got 2 boss Atalas points for killing a boss in a T15 or something. These aren't normal atlas points and are for the boss tree at the top of the atlas tree.
