His Winnowing Flame Pyre deals no damage

His winnowing flame's secondary pyre (the unborn lich staff skill) doesn't seem to deal damage. Tested it with incinerate, and have seen other posts testing with fireball.

bumping this, full stacking ignite magnitude + fire damage on fire wall and Grisly pyre still does no damage at all. The monster health bar is not moving from the pyre.
