Desert Map softlock after defeating Jamanra, the Abomination

I found out that you can soft lock your progression in Act 2 by using the Desert Map to move the caravan after defeating Jamanra, the Abomination. The only way to regain access to the Shrine of Garukhan and speak to the Hooded One is to log out and back in again.
