Explosive Spear does not trigger Explosive Grenade

I’ve noticed an interaction issue between the Explosive Spear [spear] and the Explosive Grenade [crossbow] mechanic. Based on the skill descriptions, it seems like Explosive Spear should be able to trigger Explosive Grenade effects when it detonates, but currently it does not.
