Bug – Makoru missing in Kingsmarch (Treasure Map quest)

Hello,

I am currently stuck in Act 4 on the quest involving Makoru and the Treasure Map.
Makoru disappeared from Kingsmarch and does not appear on the boat either.

Here are the details:

Platform: PC

Character name: NotDyingTonight

Location: Kingsmarch (Act 4)

Quest: Treasure Map / Forgotten Bounty

Steps already tried: finished Act 4, checked the boat, reloaded areas, client fully up-to-date

Issue: Cannot turn in the last map fragment, Makoru is missing completely.

I saw on the official forums (link to bug thread) that other players encounter the same issue. Could you please help me complete the quest or restore Makoru so I can progress?
