Please allow binding of mouse scroll up / down to skills

As title suggests

zooming is a function i never need - and much less on mouse

freeing up 2 addtiional skills on mouse and mouse functions that are able to reduce carpal tunnel by reducing spam clicking is an absolute must

pleaseeeee

If they do, plz make it so scroll up / down still works normally while zooming the passive tree or atlas and only act like skill buttons when not interacting with user interface windows.
