Roaring Cry Notable does not grant Seismic Cry 10 power

Seismic Cry: "Empowers one slam per 10 enemy power"
Roaring Cry: "Warcries have a minimum of 10 power"


Seismic Cry should be giving an aftershock. My slam attack does not get an aftershock. I tested this with Leap Slam, Sunder and Rolling Slam.


Roaring Cry DOES work with infernal cry and fortifying cry. The issue seems to only be with seismic cry.
