Grisly Pyre (His Winnowing Flame) deals no damage + other minor bugs

Seems this skill has some weird coding quirks. I've noticed it seems to be essentially coded as fire reap, as it applies critical weakness despite that not being listed anywhere in the tooltip. Unfortunately that means it also is dealing no damage with the Grisly Pyre portion of the skill, which I have built my character around. Hopefully this can be fixed, the Unborn Lich is on the weaker side to begin with...

Edit: the tooltip actually seems to imply Grisly Pyre is somehow coded as an attack as it is displaying my accuracy rating and an insignificant amount of physical damage...
