Instances reset

Hello, I am experiencing a bug with the instances of maps during the campaign. So basically i am in one of the maps, i clear most of it, then i find the next zone. I go to the next zone and get to the waypoint, which is exactly next to the portal. I go back to my previous map and its reset. I know about the 8-15 minutes map reset, but I haven't spent that much time on the new map for the old one to close. It happened a couple of times before that. Before my fight with Doryani, I found the zone entered to get the waypoint and went back to finish my sacrificial heart quest, just to find my map reset. And now it happened again in the 4th act in Whakapanu Islands and Singing Cavern. I also checked the ctrl + click for the instances, which was giving me to make new or showing the newest reset map.
