Despair and Blasphemy not working on weapon swap (I think I found the cause)

I spent way to much gold testing this bug out and it comes down to "Impending Doom" on the skill tree. If you don't use it, it fixed it completely.

Doesn't matter what level my gems are or weather they are in Weapon Set 1 or 2, it stopped bugging out

Unfortunately that skill is gonna be part of every curse build in the game.

Don't know why or what combo makes it fail but I'm outta gold now so I leave it up to all of you to figure out the why :)
