Missing Minions

Some minions do not respawn after dying but still count as being reserved. Doesn't seem to be any particular minion or for any reason. Not weapon swapping or changing my Spirit at all. Portaling out and back in or using a checkpoint to teleport seems to fix it? If I lower the minion count for a different minion, the missing ones show up, but then disappear again if I try to put them back how they were. Only reloading seems to solve it. Even unreserving and unequipping the missing minions then re-equipping doesn't work. Worth noting also that when this happens, my Spirit available doesn't match up with my Spirit reserved for minions.

Edit: Not sure if it's actually connected to minions dying. I've noticed that occasionally all minions seem to just respawn all at once, like right after or right before combat, as if I had moved too far away from them. And that's when minions just don't get resummoned?
