[BUG] Move slower running with Amanamu's Gaze

I have 28% MS with this socketed in my boots but if I roll into a sprint I move slower then walking normally?

i guess sprinting counts as "other modifier to movement speed"

Same, I feel like I'm running at 10% speed and I was wondering why others were overlapping me when I had double their movement speed. This needs to be looked at.
