Title: Atlas Passive Book did not grant points (second book used)

Description:
I have encountered a problem with Atlas Passive Books.
After using the second book, I did not receive any Atlas passive points.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Obtain the first Atlas Passive Book and use it – it granted points correctly.
2. Obtain a second Atlas Passive Book.
3. Use the second book while having unallocated capacity for more passive points.
4. No additional points were added to my Atlas tree.

Expected result:
