Poe2 instance lag

I have a constant issue with having 200-500 ms in instances. Normally i would sum it up to occasional lag spikes but reloading the instances almost always fixes this for reference i’ve tested it in trials of the sekhemas and whenever my instance starts lagging (it always happens from the very start i exit the loading screen from any level) i quit out reload and it works just fine. The problem is it makes the endgame literally unplayable since lately it’s been happening so often where i would say every 3/5 instances has this issue and i can’t exactly force the instance to reload in maps or pinnacles like i can do with trials or the story. I’m playing on ps 5 with a 1 gigabit bandwidth and a cat 7 lan cable, there is mac filtering on the router and i’ve checked recently and nothing suspicious came up so bandwidth shouldn’t be an issue at all. Tried swapping the instance routing to automatic as well as to amsterdam fixed (i’m from hungary and i think that should be the closest) but neither helped. Also ran multiple speed tests when lags happen from pc, mobile and the ps itself the ms spikes were never justified from either of those. No other games have this issue, for reference I play warframe gt7 online i’ve even downloaded diablo 4 just so i could sort of reproduce the huge mob density and none of the games had any connection issues.
