crossbow + roah maybe?

my league start was crossbow merc/tactician with galvanic shard/storm burst rounds i enjoyed it, felt good.

I pivoted towards lightning arrow / lightning rod because a c tier bow/quiver on a rhoa mount clears maps twice as fast as an s-tier crossbow, with similar single target in both. measuring on the scale my character was at, equally investing to movement bonus or movement penalty on either build lightning arrow just better mobility and damage.

Also cant use banners on roah mount

I made a pathfinder with the reduced penalty and had nodes in the tree and it still slow comparatively.

actually would think base reduced movement penalty using crossbow would be better than rhoa mount :)

Just delete rhoa instead.
It's in the lore (act2) but in the game the impl. is just stupid.
