Temporal Chains and Chilled Ground

I understand this has been covered here before but the more people complain the more it will push GGG to just remove it from the game.

We hate it, the fact that 9 out of 10 maps end up with this mod just ruins rolling maps. 90% of my maps are garbage because of these 2 mods. The next patch will have less chilled ground area's on the map... less is not fixed. Temporal chains is almost unavoidable unless you have insane movement speed and once there is a screen full of breach mobs you'll never see it to dodge. No one enjoys the challenge of having your characters movement and attack speed become snail mode and just brick the play style of your build you've become accustomed too in all the previous maps.

If some aspects of the game make it less fun and not 'challenging' then why leave them in, lessening the annoyance of the mechanic doesn't make those maps fun again. It just makes them slightly less annoying, which I don't think is GGG's end goal. You want maps that are exciting because they are hard, not ones that wear you down mentally to the point your sick of running them and want to quit.

Again I know this point has been brought up endlessly and you've made changes in the upcoming patch but please for the future of POE games don't make mechanics slightly 'more tolerable' when we complain. Just make it so we don't lose interest playing a game with love because certain aspects of it suck the fun out of mapping.

Rolling maps should be easier and not consume hours of our time and currency, running maps should be exciting. Please remove the mods we dread. Mods that brick the map for 99% of builds.

OP, it's changing in 3.1, which is dropping in less than a week. The patch notes aren't up yet, but it's mentioned in the written announcement (not the video).
SSF Rise of the Abyssal Ice Strike Invoker, high survivability and fast clear speed. Deprioritize armor and resistances; prioritize crafting a weapon and faster start of ES recharge. Build is shown at level 47, end of Act 3. It tore through Act 3 like butter.

Modifiers that cause the area to be covered in Chilled/Shocking/Ignited Ground now cause much less ground to be covered. At least 66% of the ground effects currently covering the ground will be removed, this value is higher on lower tier Waystones.

Indeed, that's an indirect nerf to tactician whirlwind build as getting immunity to shocked or ignited is trivial.
