I finished the interlude and i cannot trigger endgame.

On my second character I finished all three interludes map shows main bosses killed. Yet i cannot trigger endgame in Kingsmarch and a quest comes up explore Quimah resevoir i explored all and it does nothing. FFS I WASTED 35 hours for NOTHING.

I found the solution. I had to redo the interlude 2 boss fight again and after interact with the well. The first time i teleported back to camp and talked with the sekema and she travelled to kingsmarch tellig she is reade for the fight when in fact she was not therefore i could not know what the problem was.

After defeating the interlude 2 bosss MAKE SURE THE PLAYER KNOWS HE HAS TO INTERACT WITH THE FRIKKEN WELL.

I wish to add a little clarification for other players reading the very useful information provided by the original poster. I want to describe what is meant by the -the well- . And the next steps to the end game.

I faced a similar problem. I died at the same time as Prince Azmadi. I resurrected at the check point outside the arena where we fought. When I went back into the arena where we fought, I failed to notice the clickable label above the Barya on the small platform (what I believe the original poster is referring to as the well) where the Barya was having the water squeezed out of it by Prince Azmadi. Then I almost missed it the second time I did the area. Clicking that label causes the Barya and one other NPC to appear with a quest marker above it's head. Clicking on that NPC with the quest marker moves the quest to the next stage.

if this interlude was the last of the three you completed you then need to travel to Kingsmarch in Act 4. And speak to Asala there. Then speak to the hooded one there. He provides a link in his dialog text to take you to Oriath which is confused by the fact that the mini map then refers to by the name The Ziggurat Refuge. You need to find Doryani on the dais. And with no clue from him go talk to Alva down near the waypoint. Then with no dialog clue I remember go back up and talk to Doryani again on the dais. Finally click on the Map Device on the dais.

In SUMMARY -the well- is not one of the two wells in other rooms in the area but right in the room where you killed Azmadi. Then it may not be obvious you need to go to Kingmarch in Act 4. Then it may not be obvious you have to talk to Doryani on dias followed by Alva then back to Doryani. Have fun!
