Spellslinger bugs

Looks like this should be a higher priority. Lots of skills behave differently with spellslinger.

In my case, Orb of storms, when in demon form, does not count towards buildup of energy, and also prevents me from using the invocation aspect of it. I have to cast some other skill that does build up energy (like lightning warp or arc) to allow the use of the invocation.

I may also get it unstuck with elemental weakness, however, I stopped trying and went back to a different wand to not have consistency issues.

Another issue is a math on Skill cast duration.

Here is the logic:
- Spellslinger has 500 energy
- It consumes 10 energy per 0.1 sec of base cast time of socketed spells
- Comet has 1 sec cast time + 1 more sec in the description (even so it's just 2 sec)
- So, Comet should consume 200 energy per usage, but it consumes 300.

Question: why? and what's wrong with your math, GGG?
