poe1 Controller support - please make 2 enhancements (QOL request)

Hi,

Coming from POE2, I've fell in love with using a controller to play.

POE1 needs the following changes:

1. Allow binding attack/right click to LT or RT on a controller.
Forcing to use Y, X, B or A is painful.

2. Allow binding portal use. Currently having to go into inventory, and use a portal scroll is painful when we can bind it to anything in Keyboard/Mouse mode.
